Mobile app builder Appy Pie has added artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and chatbots to its DIY App builder platform, making it easier than ever before to create a personalized app for mobile.
Users are now able to build an app through voice or text chat, via a chatbot called Appy. The chatbot will walk the user through every stage of the app development process, using machine learning to anticipate requests, based on previous queries.

By linking a website or Facebook page, Appy Pie can create an app that fits with the rest of an online portfolio. If changes are required, the user simply runs through the issues with the same chatbot.

Appy Pie has launched the chatbot in beta, available on iOS and the Google Play Store. The startup is looking to integrate Amazon Alexa in the near future, creating native skills for iTunes and the Google Play Store.
