Rachel Lutz-Guevara is the Division Vice President of Trust & Safety at TaskUs, leading client satisfaction, scaled global operations, and technology innovation in the area of trust & safety and psychological health & safety. In her role, Rachel has responsibility for TaskUs’ worldwide trust & safety practices and employee health and safety through the management of end-to-end scaled operations for a team of 130 employees across 9 countries with deep expertise in human behavior. Rachel is a leader who is skilled in planning, executing, and assessing corporate trust and safety programs through operational oversight, curriculum development, policy research, and data analysis. She excels at leading global multi-disciplinary teams, vendor governance, and sales enablement.
