Esteban Sancho

Over the past 20 years at Globant, Esteban Sancho has led initiatives that helped define who Globant is, from launching its first Agile Pods and driving AI transformation with Google for National Geographic to leading Disney’s MagicBand program, one of Globant's most globally recognized projects, which reimagined how technology can optimize entertainment experience. He now serves as Chief Technology Officer for North America and Chief Technology Officer Retail, CPG & Automotive AI Studio. In these roles, he guides Globant's technology strategy and delivery across the company's most dynamic region. He focuses on helping clients lead through AI-powered transformation, ensuring consistent business delivery excellence, growing technical talent, and turning Globant's industry units into centers of deep expertise and innovation.
