Applications are moving to the Cloud, and most companies have some combination of cloud and on-premises applications. With more applications around, usually from different vendors, the need for integration has never been greater.

New integration approaches have emerged, and today they coexist with other integration forms that have been around for years: point-to-point, ETL, SOA, EAI, and iPaaS.
