Siemens announced that it is collaborating with Snowflake to help manufacturers unlock new levels of operational efficiency, scale, and AI-driven insights. The collaboration enables mutual customers to connect their operational technology (OT) data from the shop floor with information technology (IT) data, such as supply chain management and financial data.

By connecting Siemens Industrial Edge and Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud, manufacturers can access plug-and-play Industrial Edge applications to contextualize and transfer OT data into IT systems. This integration empowers customers to build a robust data foundation, which is the prerequisite for gaining deeper insights, improving machine performance, increasing machine availability, and optimizing production processes across their facilities.

Avesha and SUSE launched a joint AI infrastructure blueprint that combines Avesha’s Elastic GPU Service (EGS) with SUSE AI. The blueprint lets enterprises deploy, manage, and monitor AI workloads across hybrid cloud environments with zero friction. And the integrated solution provides enterprises with a production-grade AI stack that enables scalable, self-service AI across teams and projects.

Concentric AI announced its new integration with OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise Compliance API, complementing the built-in data loss prevention and other security features of ChatGPT Enterprise. The new integration allows organizations to benefit from the innovation and productivity of ChatGPT Enterprise, along with Concentric AI’s strong data security governance features.

Fivetran announced it has acquired Tobiko Data, the open-source company behind SQLMesh and SQLGlot. With the acquisition, Fivetran strengthens its position as a fully managed, end-to-end platform that combines data movement, transformation, and activation, making it easier for customers to deliver governed, AI-ready data with speed and scale.

Immuta announced a new integration with Alation that connects Alation’s Data product Marketplace with Immuta’s automated data access workflows. Now generally available, the integration allows users to discover data products in Alation and request access through Immuta, streamlining what is often a slow, bureaucratic process.

Orbit Analytics launched SQL4Fusion. The hub combines a community with a live SQL editor, giving Fusion teams access to validated queries, reusable patterns, and metadata tools. SQL4Fusion blends a developer community with a live SQL editor, giving teams a faster and more reliable way to work with Fusion data. The new hub is now live for Oracle Fusion Cloud developers, consultants, and technical architects.

Polars announced the general availability of its managed data platform Polars Cloud on AWS, bridging the gap between local DataFrame and large-scale cloud execution. Alongside this launch, Polars introduced its Distributed Engine in Open Beta, offering new scaling strategies for high-performance, flexible data processing.

Yuki announced the launch of the Yuki Optimization Platform, available as a Snowflake Native App on Snowflake Marketplace.
