Google Cloud launched Gemini Enterprise, an agentic platform designed to bring the full power of Google’s AI to every employee. Thesolution brings together several AI technologies, including Google’s Gemini models, first and third-party agents, and the core conversational AI and orchestration technology of what was formerly known as Google Agentspace. As such, Gemini Enterprise creates a new, singular agentic platform. The platform allows organizations to move beyond simple chat to build secure, complex, multi-step agents. Combined with Google DeepMind’s cutting-edge models and an organization’s own corporate data, these agents can, for the first time, access and synthesize information from internal systems and Google AI tools like Code Assist and Deep Research within a single enterprise workflow.

and NVIDIA announced that they are working together on an open project to bring NVIDIA cuDF to the Velox execution engine, enabling GPU-native query execution for widely used platforms like Presto and Apache Spark. The net result of the effort is that Velox and cuDFwork together to translate query plans. To that end, Velox acts as an intermediate layer, translating query plans from systems like Presto and Spark into executable GPU pipelines powered by cuDF.

Real-time analytics news in brief
