TEOCO suite is designed to boost communication service providers’ ability to manage complex networking challenges.

TEOCO, a provider of analytics and optimization solutions to communication service providers (CSPs), has announced the launch of Helix 10, their service assurance product. Helix 10 introduces Hadoop-based performance management, Sentinel Business Services, and a service operation center dedicated solution.

CSPs require access to an increasing amount of real-time data and insights, says the company, and Helix 10 is designed to bring together performance, fault, customer experience and service management with embedded real-time analytics and end-to-end visibility.

“Helix 10 provides CSPs with the unique insight to combine datasets, identify and understand service performance issues as they prepare for the exploding world of 5G and IoT increased network complexity. With Helix’s enhanced analytics and automation capabilities, operators can manage their networks more efficiently and proactively than ever before,” said Shachar Ebel, CTO, TEOCO. “Critically, they can maintain the connectivity and service level performance vital to support the digital experience and enterprises’ services, who are heavily depended on a strong communication backbone to streamline their business. The sophisticated analytics and visibility enabled by Helix 10 will provide customers with the ability to evolve alongside the developing network technologies.”

Helix 10 will allow CSPs to combine previously isolated databases and use a Hadoop framework-based architecture to enable data collection, storage and analysis across network drives and infrastructure including those driven by IoT and 5G. It uses AI and machine learning for predictive analytics and root cause analysis.

As a result, the company said, Helix 10 can produce significant reductions in problem detection times and a more efficient resolution process. Helix’s Enterprise Services adds advanced capabilities including service delivery path visualization, CPE monitoring, pure and hybrid SD-WAN deployment support, and out of the box integration with SD-WAN equipment.
