Shireesh Thota is Senior Vice President of Engineering at SingleStore. He is responsible for design and development of the product. Shireesh has experience on large scale, big data, scale-out, relational and schema agnostic distributed systems. Previously, he ran the entire engineering efforts for Cosmos DB and Postgres Hyperscale (citus) services at Microsoft. Shireesh has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from B.I.T.S Pilani, India and MS from University of Connecticut.
