SAP announced on Wednesday new financial planning, analysis, and execution capabilities in the SAP Analytics Cloud, providing professionals with an all-in-one financial management solution.

The solution encompasses all facets of the typical financial application, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow planning. As it’s integrated with the S/4HANA Cloud and Analytics Cloud, financial managers can also collect data and use analytics on the platform.

“Prior to working with SAP Analytics Cloud, we had created enormous amounts of data but lacked the tools necessary to plan upon and analyze it. Now we understand where we should target our efforts to maximize our collections group’s effectiveness,” said Stephen Filreis, Director of SAP Program Management at Pratt Industries.

“SAP Analytics Cloud has allowed us to gain visibility into this critical information and get our business users closer to data with intelligent visualizations and meaningful reporting.”

According to SAP, in-house finance teams struggle to align operational and financial plans, due in-part to the use of standalone spreadsheet, planning, and financial products. With an integrated solution, SAP says teams will be able to perform more agile planning and “better support the business, transforming their organization into an Intelligent Enterprise.”

The solution is available to SAP Analytics Cloud customers, starting June 20.
