Travel and tourism marketing company Fuel has announced the release of a new advanced analytic tool for hotels. Dubbed Fuel Gage, the new application provides an all-in-one dashboard for hotel property managers to track a variety of data sources for real-time insights including:

  • Website traffic
  • Booking engine
  • Email marketing
  • Social media
  • Online reputation
  • Guest satisfaction
  • Organic and paid search

According to a Nov 2 blog post, Britain Resort Management and Resort Hotels was the first to deploy the new dashboard across their 14 properties.

“With real-time reporting, we are now more capable than ever at making business decisions that improve our guests’ experience, making us more efficient and preparing us for the future,” said Patrick Norton, vice president of sales and marketing at BRM.
